These guest chefs craft bespoke four-course dinner menus exclusively for guests aboard our yachts. Additionally, they showcase their unique interpretations of Ecuadorian ceviche during one of our barbecues on the sundeck.

Our aim is to spotlight Ecuadorian gastronomy through a diverse array of talent. In 2024, we’ve extended invitations to chefs from Relais & Châteaux properties in Ecuador, with plans underway to invite both local and international talent for 2025.
